Try any of our products for 60 days and if you’re not 100% satisfied, return it for a full refund or exchange. We will also replace any faulty products within 12 months of purchase.
- How do I return an item that is either faulty or not suitable?
You can contact your local Distributor and they will be happy to refund your payment or replace the faulty item. If you are unable to contact them please feel free to call our friendly Customer Service Line on 1300 133 362. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
- How long do I have before I can return an item if it is unsuitable?
You have a full 60 days from the purchase date to return the unsuitable item as long as you retain your customer order/receipt form.
