ACCESS AND ACCURACY
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect from you, and the information we use for the purposes outlined above, is accurate, up-to-date, stored in a secure environment and accessed only by authorised persons.
Under the National Privacy Principles, customers can advise us at any time if they no longer wish to receive product information from Penny Miller.
Additionally, as is outlined by the National Privacy Principles, we will provide you with access to any of your personal information we hold. Should you wish to access your personal information, please contact our Customer Services/Privacy Officer on 1300 663 161. For most requests, your information will be provided free of charge, however we may charge a reasonable fee if your request requires a substantial effort on our part. If you know that some of your information has changed (example: if you have changed your residential or postal address) please contact us by phone on 1300 663 161 so we can make the necessary change.
In limited occurrences only, we may refuse your request to access your personal information. In such a case, Penny Miller will give you a reason for said refusal. Penny Miller is not required to provide access where negation of access has been requested; is required; or is authorised by law, and/or providing access to personal information would be unlawful.
